 ingredients 

2 cups (240 g) almond flour. ¼ cup (30 g) coconut flour. ½ cup (113 g) melted unsalted butter. ½ cup (60 g) stevia powdered sugar, or any kind suitable for a keto diet. 5 large eggs. ¼ cup (60 ml) fresh lemon juice. 1 tablespoon (10 g) baking powder. 2 teaspoons (10 g) lemon zest. 1 teaspoon (5 ml) liquid vanilla. 

Lemon sauce:

 How to make keto lemon cake Heat the oven at 180°C. 

Put the almond flour and coconut in a large bowl, then add the baking powder, and stir well. Put the butter and sugar in a bowl, then beat with an electric mixer until combined. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each one until the ingredients are combined. Add lemon juice, zest and vanilla, and mix well. Add the flour mixture and mix well, until the consistency becomes thick. Cover an English cake tray with butter paper, then distribute the dough. Tap the tray over your kitchen marble, to even out the mixture and release air bubbles. Put the tray in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes, until cooked. Put the sauce ingredients in a bowl, and stir until well combined. You can add more sugar to the sauce, until you reach the thickness of your liking. Remove the cake and let it cool completely before serving it with lemon sauce.
